<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 18pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 26pt; mso-char-indent-count: 1.5; mso-line-height-rule: exactly"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">近日，我正在读朱永新教授所著的《新教育之梦》这本书，受到很大的启发。教育自古以来就是人类社会得以延续发展的根本保障。人之所以为人，区别于其他动物，从某种意义上讲，就是因为通过不同渠道接受了不同程度和内容的教育的结果。教育，和一切与人民生活紧密相连的事物一样，都要敏感地紧跟时代的步伐，紧贴人民的需求，依时而变，因地制宜。朱永新教授的这本文集主要收录了他从踏入教育学领域直至<SPAN lang=EN-US>2003</SPAN>年的论著，论述、抒情、问答并举，逻辑严密的理性语言、老百姓习惯与说和听的大白话、思维跳跃富于激情的诗句兼有，依思之所至、情之所在、文之所需而施之。可贵的是，这些并非他刻意为之，而是本性如此，自然流露。这本性就是他对教育事业的爱，归根结底就是对人民的爱。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<title><![CDATA[学会评价]]></title>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; WORD-BREAK: break-all; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; TEXT-ALIGN: left; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0; mso-pagination: widow-orphan" align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; COLOR: black; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 9.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt">每次考试下来都会听到这样的埋怨：差不多题型的在以前都讲过，可考试是还是错的一塌糊涂。纠其原因，我觉得还是我们在平时的教学中忽视了思维过程。所谓“授人以鱼，不如授之以渔”。在教学中，我们要善于让学生暴露其思维过程。教师提问时不应该问你的答案是什么，而应该是你是怎么想的。“怎样想”人人都可以讲，这样的提问，所有的学生都会显示自己的思维过程，尤其是错误的同学更可以把自身的问题暴露出来，让同学去避免。学生之间不同的思维过程还可以帮助学生进一步思考，从而掌握正确的思维方法。思维过程往往比结果更为重要，因为只有弄清结果的来龙去脉，学会思考，学生才能掌握获取知识的本领。当然要重视思维过程的分析，教师首先要舍得花时间，要让学生养成思考的习惯。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
